Union Market Thanksgiving Menu

Do you love the side dishes at the Thanksgiving table as much (or more!) than the turkey itself? We can’t say we blame you, especially when they include delicious, seasonally inspired dishes like the ones our chef Sandro Romano has created for our Thanksgiving Menu, all made right here in Union Market’s own Park Slope kitchen.

Along with turkey breast and turkey legs, we’ll have plenty of classic holiday dishes for you to choose from, like Sage & Apple Stuffing, Creamy Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Clementine Relish, and two kinds of gravy. We’ll also have an assortment of delicious seasonal sides, from Roasted Butternut Squash with Cranberries and Feta to Quinoa with Delicata Squash and Shiitake Mushrooms.

And of course, who could forget about dessert? Focusing on making the perfect roast turkey is a lot of work; why not pick up one of our delicious pumpkin, pecan, or fruit pies, baked fresh for Union Market by Blue Duck Bakery on Long Island. From Monday, November 21st, through Thanksgiving Day on November 24th, take advantage of our Thanksgiving Pie Special and save big when you buy three 6-inch pies or two 8-inch pies (details below).
