It’s almost spring, which means that Easter is just around the corner. If you haven’t made plans for your Easter meal yet, it’s not too late! Head to any of our four locations for Easter candy and chocolates, flowers, and some stunning options for the centerpiece of your Easter feast.
We’ll have festive bone-in spiral hams and boneless ham halves—all antibiotic-free, with no added hormones. Or if your menu calls for lamb, you’re in luck: we have gorgeous racks of lamb, legs of lamb, and lamb chops, all humanely handled, grass-fed and grain-finished.
In addition to the usual selection of seasonally inspired dishes at our Prepared Food counter, as Easter Sunday (March 27th) approaches, we’ll have our traditional housemade Glazed Ham available, as well as a special Spring Salad with sweet peas, fava beans, crunchy sprouts, radishes, red quinoa, and herbs.
We’ve got plenty of sweet treats for filling Easter baskets, including individually wrapped chocolate eggs by Vermont’s Lake Champlain Chocolates and Belgian chocolatiers Café-Tasse, Bunny Pops and Easter Chicks from Brooklyn-based Nunu chocolates, and Jelly Belly organic jellybeans in a riot of colors and flavors.
And while you’re in the store, remember to pick up some of our lovely tulips, lilies, or hyacinth to add an extra splash of spring color to your feast!
