If you love having a smorgasbord on your holiday table but need a little help filling it out, stop by our Prepared Food counter for a gorgeous selection of holiday classics, seasonal sides, and delicious pies beginning Monday, November 13th.
Our chef Sandro Romano has dreamed up a delicious autumnal menu that includes a variety of ready-to-eat, classic Thanksgiving staples like maple and rosemary-brined turkey breast, roasted turkey legs, sage and apple stuffing, spinach gratin, creamy mashed potatoes and more.
And for the fixings, we’ll have cranberry and clementine relish, turkey gravy, and vegetarian wild mushroom gravy, all sold by the pint or quart. We’ll also have a variety of roasted veggies on hand, along with some signature dishes like spice-glazed carrots with citrus and sherry, quinoa with delicata squash and shiitake mushrooms, and butternut squash with cranberries and feta.
Almost as important as the turkey and sides are the pies! Our popular Blue Duck Bakery pies are made on Long Island, and we’ll also have handmade gluten-free pies from The Maine Pie Co. available in our freezer section to round out our desserts.

Our Thanksgiving dishes will be available at the Prepared Food counter of your nearest Union Market beginning on Monday, November 13th, and we’re open until 4 PM on Thanksgiving Day at all locations.
