Lemon Ginger Spritz with Pear Garnish

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces lemonade
8 ounces ginger beer
1 ripe pear
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the Pear Garnish:
Wash and dry the pear. Cut a few thin slices for garnishing.
Assemble the Mocktail:
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the lemonade into the glass, followed by the ginger beer. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve:
Place a couple of pear slices on the rim of the glass or drop them into the mocktail.
Add a sprig of fresh mint leaves for a touch of freshness and visual appeal.
Serve the mocktail immediately, preferably with a straw or a long stirring stick.
Optional Variations:
Fruity Twist: Enhance the fruity flavors by adding a few slices of fresh strawberries or raspberries to the mocktail.
