We’ll have plenty of classic dishes and seasonal sides at our Prepared Food counter from November 18th to the 28th. Choose from rib-sticking sage and apple stuffing, creamy mashed potatoes, and roasted butternut squash with cranberries and feta, as well as lighter fare, like green beans with almonds and shallots, parsnip and pear puree, and our signature cranberry and clementine relish.
If you want to avoid roasting your own bird, pick up a few of our brined and roasted turkey legs, or a tender breast ready to carve. For the vegetarians at the table, we have a vegetarian gravy that pairs perfectly with just about any savory dish, but especially the quinoa with delicata squash and shiitake mushrooms.
Don’t fret if you have guests with special dietary needs; we have gluten-free stuffing and a selection of vegan or gluten-free pies. Be sure to ask our experts at the counter for suggestions!
Speaking of dessert, local Long Island favorite, Blue Duck Bakery, supply us with an array of delightful pies every year. Scroll down to check out our annual Thanksgiving Pie Special on Blue Duck pies between November 25th and 28th.
If you plan to prepare a turkey at home, order your bird from our butchers today! We’ve got a great selection of antibiotic-free, humanely raised birdssourced from local farms, and we’re accepting orders through Friday, November 22nd—but supplies of turkeys in specific weight ranges may be limited, so we recommend placing your order early!
Thanksgiving dishes will be available at the Prepared Food counter of your nearest Union Market beginning on Monday, November 18th, and we’ll be open from 7AM until 4PM on Thanksgiving Day at all five locations for any last minute shopping needs.
